2024 FAT LOSS CHALLENGE

The 2024 Challenge is focused on FAT LOSS and aims to develop better physical and mental habits that participants will be able to carry over to the rest of the year.

This program is targeted at increasing lean body mass and reducing fat mass. We will be using some specific tracking tools to measure and assess this: 

-Body Fat Calipers.
-Circumference measurements. 
-Photos. 
-Scale weight. 

NOTE: This challenge is not a WEIGHT LOSS challenge it is a FAT LOSS challenge. 

Challenge cost is $360.00 (Equates to $60.00 per week over 6 weeks)

AFTER PAY IS AVAILABLE (Equates to $45.00 per week over 8 weeks)
